Studying how computational systems represent knowledge, reason about it, and make their conclusions inspectable. सङ्गणकीयप्रणाल्यः ज्ञानं कथं निरूपयन्ति, कथं तर्कयन्ति, स्वनिष्कर्षान् च कथं निरीक्षणीयान् कुर्वन्ति इत्यस्य अध्ययनम्।

I am Jeevan Naidu, a computer science student and student researcher. I build software and research prototypes around computational reasoning, systems programming, machine learning, and language technology. अहं जीवन नायडुः, सङ्गणकविज्ञानस्य छात्रः छात्रगवेषकश्च अस्मि। अहं सङ्गणकीयतर्कस्य, प्रणाली-क्रमादेशनस्य, यन्त्रशिक्षणस्य, भाषाप्रौद्योगिक्याः च क्षेत्रे तन्त्रांशान् गवेषणाप्रारूपाणि च निर्मान्ते।

My work is exploratory. Some projects are research prototypes, some are software systems, and some are questions I am still working through. मम कार्यं गवेषणात्मकम् अस्ति: केचन प्रकल्पाः गवेषणाप्रारूपाः सन्ति, केचन तन्त्रांशप्रणाल्यः सन्ति, केचन च प्रश्नाः सन्ति येषाम् उत्तरं प्राप्तुम् अहं अद्यापि प्रयतमानोऽस्मि।

About: Loom was born out of a genuine personal struggle while studying machine learning in C++. Navigating complex linear algebra libraries like Eigen, writing repetitive boilerplate code, and juggling disjointed compilation cycles made exploratory learning tedious and exhausting. Having experienced the elegance of Python notebooks with inline markdown, I decided to engineer a native C++ notebook to bridge that gap. Loom provides persistent execution memory across cells, allowing exploratory C++ development with immediate feedback. The native desktop application is available to download and install for macOS directly from the website, alongside a lightweight WebAssembly-powered browser version for rapid, accessible experimentation.

About: Nirukti is an expansive digital humanities ecosystem dedicated to classical Indian knowledge systems and civilizational history. It houses an extensive media, audio, and textual library of sacred literature alongside an innovative geospatial lens on history. Through interactive maps, users can experience Sri Rama’s sacred journey kand-by-kand across Bharat as chronicled in the Valmiki Ramayana. Nirukti also brings ancient architectural treatises to life, such as Sage Manasara’s Manasara Shilpa Shastra, featuring town planning, temple architectural canons, and sacred proportions recreated through interactive 3D Blender models and spatial walkthroughs.
